The lazy part of me knows I would do rragars and kathandrax more if I didn't have to run there, but that run keeps people from overfarming those like cof.

yesterday i done rragars
with my build (designed for dungeon) i cant fight the way to the dungeon easily.
i spend like 30 minutes of dying.. and started the dungeon with all party with 45 death penalty.
i think we could buy some "Empty Scroll", and when we completed the dungeon, if theres a Empty Scroll on inventory (like Hero Handbook) the scroll is filled with the dungeon information, so, next time i can get into dungeon without loss my time again.

Generally I "/notsign" any idea that makes the game easier on principle alone. Getting there is considered part of the dungeon's difficulty and I don't think it should be removed.
However I also don't feel so strongly about the issue that I'd object to a passage scroll but only if the following restrictions are added.
- Passage Scrolls are extremely rare. So rare that they are worth quite a bit of money.
- Unusable unless everyone in your party has already beaten the dungeon once in HM.

sheeeeeeeehhhhhhhhhhhhh Shut up, GW needs not more stuff for epeeners to make big money with...
When this would end in scrolls beign ingame sld for 10+ platin or so... forget this shit just to have a better more comfortable travel to any of the dungeons that you want to play quick in your short time a players has maybe ...
Just pay a little fee either at Asura gates to get warped to them, when all members of they party have already beaten the Dungeon in HM and finish, or craft a scroll for some little amounts of materials and warp to the dungeon of will without the HB beat limitation, therfore is the cost of such a scroll slightly bigge,r than the fee of the asura gate npc ... (so that the asura gate icon on the world maps receives a usage finally, otherwise anet could also remvoe them from the maps -.-)
PS. why must search people ever in every shit somethign valuable, to make with it good money -.-

Sorry, I don't shut up just because a whiner tells me to. I don't think it's a good idea to add in dungeon passage scrolls at all. The dungeons really aren't that hard to get to. Kathandrax and Menagerie are probably the toughest but even those aren't impossible for a decent team to reach.
Passage scrolls would only be used by the lazy and as I said earlier, I oppose most ideas that are in the "Wahhh! This game's too hard. Make it easier!!!" category.
However, if these scrolls must be added ingame, then they should only be added as rare drops. Rare = more expensive. Not so that I can make a boatload of gold off them, but so that they won't become the defacto way of reaching a dungeon. Most teams will decide to run to the dungeon the old fashion way because a scroll is just too expensive. The really pitiful players that just don't have the skills to reach the dungeons that way will spend the money on scrolls. (Or the rich ones that don't wanna waste time)
I really wish this was what they had done with FOW/UW scrolls. Those scrolls are so cheap now that favor is obsolete (even if we didn't have favor 24/7). I loved the scrolls when they first appeared. They cost more than the 1k entry fee, but they were a great way to access areas that were previously denied to the favor deprived Americans. However, over time they have become so commonplace that a lot of folks consider them junk drops now.

drop, or buy from scroll trader merchant.
need more money sinks, and if it makes people lazy, try removing the map travel option so you have to walk across all of tyria jsut to get to the fire islands, while waiting on a long ass boat ride.. kinda like all those other MMO's that we dont play..

thats the exact point, if GW would not be designed for lazy poeple, then this game would have no map travel at all
so the same way the game handles overall map travel, so exactly should be also handled traveling to Dungeons ...
Once you've done a Dungeon on hard Mode, you#ve proven, that you can master the run to the dungeon ands that you can beat it, this provement have you not to do unendless times, when it goes about the travel to the dungeon -.-
Once done a dungeon several times on HM, the dungeon should simople get unlocked for the asura gate and finish, problem solved, all are happy and those weirdos, which want to run ever and ever again the way to the dungeon - no ass stops you, but don't destroy the fun of people, which have less time to play !!! which means every minute of creating a party, every god damn minute of having to run first to the dungeon is a WASTE OF TIME !!!

Some dungeons are already easily accessible from an outpost. I find little reason for all of them to be. The scrolls definitely have to be worth a bit though, and for someone to use it, everyone should have completed the dungeon already.

what if they did it like this?
Fight to and through dungeon, get one scroll to skip to THAT dungeon. Then after you use scroll you would have to fight again. Make them custom so farmers could make profit as easily.

Every dungeon should be accessible from an outpost. That would be a better solution.

I don't think this would be too hard to implement, I heards somewhere that Anet was giving a few people the option to do that already. Though I never heard from that person again, kinda weird.
